I just tried the Sopapilla Cheesecake from Jenns Cottage Bakery, and wow! The top is wonderfully crispy and sugary, with perfectly flaky layers of sopapilla wrapped around a smooth, delicious, and creamy cheesecake filling. Savoring every inch, it's heaven! I'd definitely recommend going to Jenn for all of your sweet treat cravings!
